Holiday Snaps – Titanic effort in Belfast

It’s not just the tip of the iceberg, it’s the whole bloody block of ice… Titanic Belfast is back.

The world-renowned tourist attraction beats social distancing by being self-guided and one-way through the galleries and SS Nomadic.

And then there’s the outdoor Discovery Tour, Titanic Foundations Out of Stores Exhibition and its new Maritime Mile Treasure Trail.

The red carpet for Belfast

It will be accepting pre-booking and there will be reduced capacity.

Belfast and Northern Ireland are always worth a visit and even more so when it’s the only foreign shore we seem allowed to visit from Britain.

Northern exposure

Deal me in then particularly when I know that my favourite range of hotels are in Northern Ireland.

Hastings Hotels are offering twin stays, among them a four-night staycation with breakfast from £270pps.

Spend two nights at Slieve Donard Resort & Spa and enjoy the coastal town of Newcastle.

Before you get to enjoy two nights at the Europa Hotel in Belfast where many a night has been had.

Including an unforgettable evening’s cabaret with Van Morrison and Joey DeFrancesco belting out the toons.
